By participating in Legacy Maker’s World Food Championships VIP Experience Giveaway (the “Contest”), you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Legacy Maker® Meats (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Legacy Maker Meats, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period:

The Contest begins on October 3, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 29, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter:

• Visit LegacyMakerMeats.com during the Contest Period.
• Complete and submit the entry form.
• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to the World Food Championships in Indianapolis, November 9–11, 2024.
• Four (4) General Admission Single-day passes to the World Food Championships.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $450 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email on October 29, 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
• Legacy Maker Meats is not responsible for any email issues, including but not limited to spam, junk folder placement or failed delivery.

Prize Conditions:

• Winners are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and any other expenses related to attending the event.
• Prizes cannot be resold or transferred.
• The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and, where legally permissible, a publicity release.

Publicity:

By entering the Contest, you consent to the use of your name, likeness and any content you submit in connection with the Contest for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
• Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in disqualification.

Privacy:

Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Legacy Maker Meats, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Contest or use of any prize.

Governing Law:

The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Indiana, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
